Introducción
En Francia, los daños causados por las termitas, insectos xilófagos causan un daño significativo en edificios y esto dio lugar a la promulgación de una ley. Para hacer frente a la gravedad de las molestias causadas por estos insectos, y una mejor prevención, las autoridades han adoptado un marco legislativo y normativo destinado a proteger a compradores y propietarios de edificios contra las termitas y otras larvas de insectos barrenadores de la madera. Ley N ° 99-471 del 08 de junio 1999 a definir las directrices generales para la organización de los medios de prevención y lucha contra la propagación de las termitas en el territorio. El decreto de 3 de julio de 2000 y el decreto del 10 de agosto 2000 desarrollan estas normas.
Según este decreto ley «termitas» proporcionan alternativas concretas al tratamiento anti termitas por la fumigación con insecticida líquido en el suelo.
El segundo decreto (Nº 2006-591) Aplicación de la ley de 1999, conocida como «ley de las termitas» fue promulgada en el DO 23 de mayo de 2006. Fue seguido por el decreto de 27 de junio de 2006, relativa a la aplicación de los artículos R112-2 a R112-4 del Código de Construcción y Vivienda.
Lo que representa un riesgo inaceptable para el medio ambiente, el texto no conserva insecticida líquido rociado en el suelo para luchar contra las termitas. Por lo tanto, requiere el establecimiento de un dispositivo de protección entre el suelo y el edificio y cubre todas las áreas do
nde se hace una orden de la prefectura.
Tres dispositivos son posibles según este decreto:
- Para barreras físicas
- Para barreras físico-químicas
- Para dispositivos que controlen la construcción
Su aplicación es efectiva para todos los permisos de construcción emitidos desde el 1 er noviembre de 2007, en todas las áreas “termitas» en virtud de la prefectura.
La patente y sus certificados
El método patentado para fabricar el Termifilm UV ® + se deriva de una tecnología innovadora que comprende el injerto de sustancia activa (insecticida) en el polietileno directamente. Este proceso único es que la película es no deslavable. No hay riesgo de contaminación vinculada a la distribución de la sustancia activa en el suelo, el agua y las aguas subterráneas.
Fácil de usar, y amigable con el medio ambiente y los ocupantes, es hoy el único mercado sin etiqueta película fisicoquímicos (sin clasificación TOX-ECOTOX validado por la ausencia de los pictogramas de peligro).
En respuesta al decreto del 27 de junio 2006 se promulgaron unos requisitos de procesamiento en la aplicación de los artículos R112-2 a R112-4 del Código de Construcción y Vivienda, el Termifilm ® + UV es ideal para los edificios HQE ( Alta Calidad Medioambiental).
El proceso ha sido probado y certificado por el Centro Técnico para la Madera y el Mueble (CTBA) y obtuvo la certificación de term
itas P + CTB Nº 2.120-98. Activo durante más de 20 años, también es un anti-humedad «plus». De hecho, Termifilm también proporciona esta función.
Descripción del producto
Termifilm es una película o film de polietileno de alta resistencia, que se emplea como los utilizados tradicionalmente en los edificios: se coloca debajo de toda la construcción para aislar zapatas y losas del suelo. Evita que las infestaciones por termitas ataquen la madera de las casas, siendo el producto no deslavable y sin migración al suelo.
Evita que las termitas puedan acceder a la madera por la zona de albañilería, tuberías o conductos. Su protección se basa en verter la lámina en el suelo, en la interfaz entre el suelo y el edificio, para crear una barrera física y química que las termitas no pueden cruzar.
Este proceso anti-termitas patentado por la empresa Cecil Industrie proviene de una tecnología que integra la sustancia activa anti-termitas directamente en polietileno sin el riesgo de contaminación en suelos, aguas subterráneas y superficiales y subterráneas. Este producto lleva en el mercado 18 años y siempre con una eficacia de protección del 100%
El TERMIFILM UV + ofrece una función adicional de la película anti-humedad frente a la resistencia Ultravioleta en caso de exposición prolongada del producto al ambiente.
El proceso preventivo
El proceso físico-químico, consiste en la colocación de este dispositivo de prevención anti-termitas como alternativa eficiente y respetuosa con el medio ambiente en el suelo. Esta barrera impenetrable impide atacar a las termitas la madera que ha sido colocada en las construcciones. La modularidad de su gama permite adaptarse a diferentes sistemas del edificio y por lo tanto para proporcionar el mismo nivel de rendimiento en todas las construcciones.
El Termifilm
La composición del termifilm es un plastico de Polietileno con una molécula de Termicida consistente en Permetrina al 1% por milímetro lineal.
Las dimensiones del film de 150 m2 son 6m X 25m
Puede ser polivalente esto es, anti-termitas y anti-humedad.
La resistencia al impacto es de 350 gramos/mm2. Es letal al contacto con una txa de mortalidad del 100% a las 24 horas en contacto de algunos minutos
Los informes de Eco-toxicidad de este producto han dado como resultado que no está clasificado como peligroso para el medio ambiente según el reglamento de le CE nº 1907/2006.
Existe otro producto denominado Termigránulos, estos son unos granulos de polietileno tratados con productos anti-termitas. Se emplean para garantizar la continuidad de la barrera contra las termitas en una ruptura de la película (tuberías, conductos, tuberías…)
Su economía.
Si, el Termifilm es sin duda más caro que un tratamiento preventivo líquido convencional, es una barrera casi permanente y por lo tanto, debe ser considerado como una inversión a largo plazo, así como la vivienda, diseñada para durar varias generaciones.
